Day one.. don't be afraid!

With any luck this will be the worst ever photo of me that this blog will show ...ever...

Weight this morning, 68.6kg (151pounds).

But, let's face it, this is the makeup-free (I thought that would be more brutally honest) me, on the first morning of the first day of my 90-day juice feast.

Yesterday I spent the day eating junk, junk and more junk, as any food addict would do.  Thinking about it last night, I'm amazed that I didn't pass out, with all the work I was asking my poor body to do.

So this tired, bloated face is the product of that bodily abuse (and for a couple of months prior), so I have to step up and own it.

Anyhow, here I am, and the only way is up.

I'll report back later.  Meeting some friends at Cafe Gratitude, where I will be able to have a freshly-made juice and not feel like a pariah.
