Feeling extremely irritable, negative, and full of self-and-everyone-else-loathing today.
I'm not even going to post today's photo in case your screen cracks from my hideousness.
Weight is 64.7kg (142.63lb)
Yesterday I had four quarts of juice. Three green, and one very fruity. Walked about four miles, felt tired and sweaty, and as if I was walking underwater.
Nothing else to tell you about today; I'm just going to crawl under a rock and sulk.
